It can only be good for the poor old aussies , as modchip making
selling and fitting has been banned entirely in Australia.
Of course as with anything it doesn't mean that no-one out there
is chipping xboxes, just that it is a lot more risky..
I wish them the best of luck upon the launch of the chip. Personally, I think they are playing with fire. I am just glad I live in the U.S., at least we haven't reached the extreme yet.

I only hope it doest cause too many problems out there i mean the potential for m$ to respond is huge and this can get really ugly...

people are still modding xboxes down here as it is still legal to do so but ps2 chips have stopped
