XBOX TOY REVIEW: Halo Series 1 – WARTHOG
>> Finally hitting the Store shelves.. Halo Series 1 Figures and Toys from JOYRIDE STUDIOS

"Generally the vehicle is well made. It’s rigid, and has some basic shocks (simple springs) built into the front and rear axels. Joyride has done a great job paying attention to details… painting dirt on the tires, adding scoring marks and such to “metal” areas. You’ll be hard pressed to find any metal on this baby though so don’t expect some die-cast metal toy here. You’d be disappointed."

Pioneer to proceed with dual layer recording
>> Good news for PIONEER fans... DVD-R9 will be a reality as well..

"Pioneer Corporation has proceeded to the development of dual layer recording on DVD-R discs. "

"The first measurements on the two layer DVD-R discs showed that the jitter for the fisrt layer is 9.34%, the reflectivity 17.3%, while the same measurements for the second layer were 8.08% and 19.5%, respectively. Playback compatibility with the current DVD players is expected to be high."
