Hello friends and members. I know alot of you may be wondering whats up and what I am doing with the site, the custom cases, and life in general.
Well I thought I would take a minute of my time and tell you all how things are going.
#1 THE SITE
I have so many ideas in my head and am finding it harder and harder to get time to do them. I am spending every moment I can on taking this site to the next level by adding sponors new features and spreading our name. I am interested in any and all ideas you may have that would help make this site one of the best on the net. I have some ideas for contest and I would like to let you pick the prizes then I will make the contest rules and so forth to match. Tell me what you guys would like to see for prizes. The reason I ask is because most all of you have a xbox, mod chip, and bigger hd so I see little sense in offering any of those as prizes. I am thinking of maybe doing custom XBOX100.com jewels or stickers maybe even tshirts so let me know what you guys want and if I can make it happen I will do so. I feel we have a nice friendly site with a good base of knowledge and help and none of the lets flame the bastard stuff. With your help and support we will be able to continue on through xbox 2, 3, even 4.

#2 THE CASES
Most of you know about the custom case plans. What none of you know is the truth about the cost of this project and you still won't as I am not ready to or will I tell the real cost involved. All I wish to say about this idea is that unless you have expierience in the tooling and design of custom molds to be used in a plastic injection mold machine you would never believe the price of this project. At this time the project is not dead. But it is not an over night afair nor is it easy. Every part of this project requires more time and energy than I have to give due to all the things I put on my plate at once. I wish we would not have mentioned anything about the project because I never meant to lead anybody on or offer false hope that this was a 100% garenteed project. It seems to have caused a stir at the Scene but I have read every post there and it is nice to know that I am about the least flamed person in such a huge thread. The support for this is huge but at the end of the day I am on my own for all the offline aspects of it. A huge thanx goes to my good friends p33p1ng t0m and Rika for their help and support and help online.

#3 Life in general
I am working more now to pay the bills and support my beutiful wife and my 3 year old little buddy. This has put a damper on my duties here. I am having a tough time finding time for all the things I am trying to do. I am very glad I was able to make sure this site stayed in the family so to speak and I am happy to be a big part of the site. I am worried I am biting off more than I can chew but rest assured I will do my best to come through for you all and continue to learn and have a good time here.

#4 Sorry
I am sorry if I whined to much I am well aware I got myself where I am but I thought maybe you would like to know how things are going and hear it from me that we are going to be here for a long time ( at least as long as I can afford it ). Thank you all for everything and take care of you and yours.

Its very nice and responsible of you to let everyone around the scene that doesnt know what is going on with a major person of the XBOX 100 staff. Also, Elf you know that i will help you out in any project as much as i possibly can man, even if it is just a bit of info i can give u, i will.

As for the cases, i am still trying to be as big of help and part of them as possible. Elf is really great for tackling the project as a whole. It was an idea i brought up with him, and we thought we had it made, then the REAL PRICE for the product showed up and blew my our minds away. Elf nonetheless, still held strong. I dont get to talk to him as much nowadays, but gladly he keeps me informed, and he already knows im here to take on what needs to be done, or what he needs me to do. At this point in time i may not have al the financial support that is needed for the cases, but he does know what i do have to offer....

Elf, If you make T-Shirts I would buy one and wear it proudly. Stickers are a hella good idea too.

I did the same thing a while back, and indeed, this process is exrtremely expensive, I know too that it is a challenge to pay all the bills and still be able to find time to juggle domestic matters and keep the community rockin. We are all one team though; admin, mods, members, newbies, guests; we all have valueable input and all strive for the same goal. I see that we have gotten more sponsers (and quality sponsers at that). We can all spread the word for our little community in our own way as a team and from there, the word of mouth will spread. In my opininion, we do have one of the best sites on the net, and we will continue to keep it that way. I have no doubts that we will just keep getting better and better. Thank You Elf for keeping us alive and I have confidence that we will all do our part to keep it that way.

we do need shirts. a plain "xbox100.com" in bold print on a **** would work for me. id wear it every day. (washing it of course lol). when i find another job, i was thinking of go to a local custom shirts store here, and seeing how much they would be. we could have a little merchendise place on here, or rustydogs site. bring in some in-come to the site.
