DRM License Transfer Tool, available now |

Microsoft has just launched their DRM license transfer tool, for those of you who have downloaded items on different consoles only to find that you can only use some of them while signed in to Live.
Here's how it works:
1.) Sign in to Xbox.com with your Windows Live ID (specifically, the Live ID that's connected to your Gamertag).
